Founder & Managing Partner

Troy D. White, DPA, MBA

CEO & Managing Partner of Cynergy Alliance Business Advisors (CABA) and Executive Director of the Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency (MDHA). Dr. White brings the agency over 25 years of housing and development experience. Dr. White previously served as the director of housing authorities and market segment leader at Aprio, an accounting consulting firm based in Atlanta, Georgia. Before this, he was the chief operating officer at several housing authorities, including Atlanta and Charlotte Housing Authorities. He brings expertise in affordable housing development, finance, human services, economic development, compliance, community engagement, risk management, community development, and facilities management. Dr. White earned his Doctor of Public Administration from Capella University, his Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Connecticut, and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Southern Connecticut State University.

Renee L. White, MSEd, MS

Renée L. White is a dynamic training professional, co-CEO, and Managing Partner of Cynergy Alliance Business Advisors. With over 25 years of experience in leadership roles, her journey encompasses roles as an executive manager, administrator, educator, and coach. Renée's expertise in staff development, process and performance management, and data analysis has been instrumental in her work with non-profit organizations, public sector entities, and innovative school districts. Renée has a Master of Science in Education focusing on Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment, a Master of Arts in School Administration, and a Bachelor of Science in Community Development/Public Administration. Renée is committed to guiding and transforming how leadership is perceived and practiced.
